The inquiry form requires a name and email address. You may also provide a phone number, artwork of interest, and message.
How it is used
Inquiry information is used to respond, review artwork interest, arrange viewings or delivery, maintain gallery records, and send inquiry confirmations or related notifications.
Storage and access
Inquiries are recorded in the gallery's private administration system. Access is limited to authorized gallery administration and service providers needed to operate the site and deliver its communications.
Advertising and sale of data
Hamel Gallery does not sell inquiry information or use it to build third-party advertising profiles. The public site does not currently offer advertising-based accounts or mailing-list subscriptions.
Retention and requests
Information may be retained as reasonably needed to manage inquiries, acquisitions, records, and legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, use the contact form.
