Artwork descriptions are prepared from the information and evidence available. Artist, date, medium, dimensions, provenance, condition, and other catalogue details remain subject to verification and correction.
Availability and pricing
Works marked available and enabled for online purchase may be bought through secure checkout. Availability and price are verified again when checkout begins. A work is not sold until payment is successfully completed.
Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation, acceptance, sale, or other binding agreement. Online purchases are completed through checkout; any purchase arranged outside checkout is established through direct written confirmation of its final terms.
Condition and inspection
Works are previously owned and may show age, handling, restoration, or frame wear. Collectors should review available information and request further photography, a viewing, or other clarification before completing an acquisition.
Payment, pickup, and delivery
Shipping is charged separately unless a listing states otherwise. Eligible parcels use a current carrier rate based on the destination and recorded packed dimensions and weight. Oversize, freight, fragile, and unusually valuable works require a separate insured-delivery quote. Tracking is provided when available, and carrier delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Report visible transit damage within 48 hours and keep all packaging for the carrier claim.
Returns
Because each work is unique and previously owned, purchases are considered final once accepted unless the listing or written sale terms state otherwise. If a work arrives materially different from its description, contact the gallery within 7 calendar days of delivery. Any approved return must be authorized in advance, remain in the condition received, and be packed and insured as directed. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the gallery confirms an error or covered transit damage.
Cancellations
A paid order may be cancelled before packing or shipment by contacting the gallery promptly. Once a work has shipped or been collected, cancellation is no longer available and any approved resolution follows the return policy. The gallery may cancel and refund an order if a work is no longer available, cannot be shipped safely, or contains a material listing or pricing error.
